आर्यभट (476–550 CE) प्राचीन भारतीय गणितज्ञ आ ज्योतिषी रहलें। बिहार के वर्तमान राजधानी पटना के लगे इनके जनम अस्थान कुसुमपुर नाँव के जगह रहल। सुरुआती जुग के महान गणितज्ञ आ ज्योतिषी (खगोलशास्त्री) के रूप में इनके परतिष्ठा बाटे।
